Senior investigative reporter for national news outlet covering gun violence. Use extensive sources, public records and data to unearth exclusive stories about crime and policing. Partnered with New York Public Radio to expose a massive unregulated database of citizen DNA in New York City, and with VICE News to break stories on undisclosed policy changes at the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms under the Trump Administration. Shoot and edit videos to supplement print packages.

Investigative producer. Won two New York Emmys for stories exposing government corruption and housing discrimination. Conceived and reported stories, wrote scripts, oversaw shoots and edits and created interactive packages for the web. Hired and managed interns and oversaw station’s partnership with New York Public Radio.
